REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At AURUM (operated by JJY GROUP LLC), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains your options if you are not completely happy with your order. All prices and refunds are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first at help@aurumstore.com — in most cases we can resolve the matter quickly with a replacement, exchange, or refund before you need to take any further action.

  1. RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, with any tags or protective materials intact. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  1. HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, contact us at help@aurumstore.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions and the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to the address on the original package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition

If your item does not qualify for a return, we will let you know when you contact us.

  1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Because our pieces are sculptural and can be fragile, please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@aurumstore.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will make it right at no cost to you — through a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges where applicable.

  1. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the return is due to our error (you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  1. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

If more than the stated time has passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please first check with your bank or card issuer, and then contact us at help@aurumstore.com.

  1. EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, contact us at help@aurumstore.com. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at help@aurumstore.com as soon as possible. We can usually modify or cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, before it enters processing or fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return under this policy.

  1. NON-DELIVERED / DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time stated in our Shipping Policy, please contact us at help@aurumstore.com before opening any payment dispute. We will track your order and, if it is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
